Cassie, one of my college roommates, and I got together for a shoot on campus last week, and it was SO much fun! It's my second shoot with her. The first one was in 2013; you can see that blog post here. It's amazing how much my editing and shooting style has changed for the better! Here are some images from the shoot the other day:
Lovely, just lovely! If you want to view Cassie's full gallery, visit this page.
Drew and Sarah are really delightful people and I was excited to get to photograph their wedding! It was a very small affair, as both of them were from out of town (Sarah's family traveled from Boston!), but the setting - right on Lake Erie - was perfect and everyone was incredibly kind. Here are some highlights:
Amber has been a friend of mine for a while (she was actually a bridesmaid in the first-ever wedding I did as the main photographer!) and since she's a professional photog as well, I was extremely honored when she asked me to shoot her wedding. It's always flattering when someone who studies the art of photography appreciates your work! Here are a few highlights from the day.
Isaac and Trustie's wedding reception was an absolutely beautiful affair! It took place between Isaac's hometowns of Pandora and Bluffton - which is a far cry from Trustie's hometown of Bulawayo, Zimbabwe! The multicultural aspect to the day was really lovely. There was a great mix of both music and guests, and I even got to do some dancing! (Which was appropriate, as I had gone to college with Isaac and Trustie, so I knew many of their friends.) Here are some previews of the men (whose photos I took before the wedding ceremony):

My friend Ashton is currently in South Africa doing voluntary service through the SALT program, but before she left, we decided to do an informal photo shoot on Bluffton's campus. It was so much fun! Here are some highlights:
